Regular Attendee: CDN$1,350.00 before Aug. 31, 2010; CDN$1,599.00 after Aug. 31, 2010.

Registration includes:

• CN Tower Dinner.

Add the Tuesday Pre-Conference Workshop and a Friday Post-Conference Workshop for an additional fee of CDN$300.00.

Workshop-Only Attendee: CDN$600.00 before Aug. 31, 2010; CDN$699.00 after Aug. 31, 2010.

Registration includes the Pre-Conference Workshop on Tues. Sept. 21 and your choice of Post-Conference Workshop on Fri. Sept. 24.

Student Attendee: CDN$375.00

Registration includes:
